The location was incredible and the services were very good. Besides, the area was pretty nice, next to Whitby Pavillion. The room was spotless and airy with the best bathroom. The bed was comfortable, a bath worked well.

Parking availability could be improved, and the steep stairs were a bit challenging. It's a nice spot for a short getaway.

The sea view and proximity to the town. Facilities within the room were good and also there was the 24/7 drinks availability downstairs. Food was good.
One minor point, the 'poached' eggs were microwaved not poached.

warm and comfortable with excellent breakfast
more like a guest house than a hotel, certainly not a 4 star property. Our room whilst comfortable was nothing like we expected from pictures on your web site (quoted as 'superior' with seating area which was in fact 1 upright chair)

We had a lovely stay with a massive, clean room and an ensuite bathroom that was impressive. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, the best I've had!
